About Bright & Duggan
Since 1977, Bright & Duggan has operated in strata and community management and has grown to become one of the largest integrated strata and community management companies in Australia. We manage buildings of any size, combining our vast expertise with a local presence in every community we operate in, to provide genuine, personalised services with the same core values as when we were founded.
Whilst our business is headquartered in Sydney where we were founded, we have an extensive eastern seaboard presence and continue to expand in each state we operate in. Bright & Duggan has been consistently recognised as Strata Management Business of the Year across varying states, and we are proud to be acknowledged as one of the leading integrated strata and property businesses in Australia.
Following the retirement of one of Bright & Duggan’s founding partners Phil Duggan in 2019, a partnership commenced with the Johns Lyng Group (“JLG”) when it took a majority financial and controlling interest in Bright & Duggan. As a market-leading integrated building services group, JLG delivers building and restoration services across Australia and the United States of America. The core business of JLG is predicated on its ability to rebuild and restore a variety of properties and contents after damage by insured events, including catastrophic impact, weather and/or fire.
The Bright & Duggan Property Group was formed when its original client services were expanded to include building management, concierge, build-to-rent and specialised community management services. These offerings are provided by subsidiaries of the Bright & Duggan Group and adhere to the same standards we set and provide to each and every client.
